Counselling for Neurosensitive Women

You may be a neurosensitive woman — someone who experiences the world deeply, may be highly sensitive, neurodivergent, or simply feels that the way you think, feel and respond doesn't quite fit with typical views or within what is expected of you.

And that is okay.

You are not broken. You do not need fixing.

Ally Counselling is a dedicated space for you to explore who you deeply are, what you really need, and what it might mean and look like to live in a way that feels more sustainable and meaningful to you.

My approach of counselling is flexible, collaborative and gentle. It is adapted to you — your life, preferences, needs and capacity — so that coming to counselling does not become another demand on an already-full plate.

Drawing from a range of integrative, practical and body-aware approaches, we can explore what may support you in the moment and through the challenges you are facing in your life.

You don't need to become someone else.

Together, we can travel your unique journey and move toward more self-understanding, self-compassion and practical adjustments, so you can find the unique way of being you and enjoy your life.

Counselling consultations are available in person in Myaree, Western Australia for local clients and online if that is your preference or do not live nearby. International and Australia-wide clients are welcome.
